Roles and responsibilities of Brialto users
Brialto is a website that is aimed at all businesses in the spirit of encouraging connections,  exchange of information and the facilitation of  opportunity.

Each user of Brialto is responsible for their own postings. Brialto reserves the cancel the memberships of any member or user where they have operated outside of the spirit of Brialto and posted material or links that is included within the following list: material or information that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience, which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world, or which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).

The Moderators of rooms where you are a member can contact you to advise on your behaviour within a room. If they decide your membership of a room should be suspended or cancelled, the Moderator’s view is final.

Moderators do not have accept applications for membership of any of their rooms across Brialto. These decisions do not have to be explained.

Roles and responsibilities of Room Moderators
When you create a Brialto room, you are responsible for the terms of its use, who you allow to use it, the scope and terms of its operation and its status.

As the moderator for each room you create, you must ensure that the members of your room (s) are acting under the rules of Brialto for members. Moderators can refuse membership applications to their room without giving cause.

As a Moderator, you can suspend or cancel room memberships of any of those who post outside the terms of your rooms or whose posts are against the terms and conditions of Brialto. Brialto insists that all correspondence between room applicants and members of your rooms where you are a Moderator are professional and polite.

The status of rooms within Brialto are controlled by the creator or ‘moderator’ of each Brialto room. Open Rooms are viewable by all users of Brialto. Moderated rooms are only available to view for those members which the moderator has accepted as members. Private Rooms are only viewable by those members which the moderator has accepted as members.

Details such as the title and description of all Open and Moderated Rooms and their events will be listed across Brialto and be available to all users of Brialto whether they are members of that room or not.

The details of Private Rooms, such as their title and description will only be available to members of that specific room and will not be available to other users of Brialto. All activity of Private Rooms will be secure and only available to members of that room under the management of the Moderator.

Brialto reserves the right to enter all rooms where there is a suspicion of activity contained within the following list: material or information that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience, which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world, or which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).

We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of the above.

Brialto will intervene where it believes a room has been created and is being used for any of the above activities and close it down without notice.

Brialto will communicate with moderators of rooms across Brialto from time-to-time to gain feedback on the services Brialto offers and to ensure the core aims of Brialto as a platform to encourage and facilitate business opportunities online are being adhered to.

Full Membership
Certain additional features of the website are only open to those who pay for the additional services that Full Membership of Brialto offers. These benefits are made clear on the Home Page and Registration Pages of the website.

Brialto membership includes VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. Our VAT number is 769 6477 58 and will be included on all invoices and receipts from Talent Lab Limited T/AS Brialto.

Full Members have to ensure that their account is up-to-date in payments to receive the benefits of Full Membership. To change or end their membership, they must email support@brialto.com with four working days clear notice to enable us to change their status or remove their account.

All payment details are held on PayPoint’s secure servers. Brialto accepts no responsibility for the collection and security of any data necessary for payment or any issues arising from the collection of these payments. PayPoint’s terms are available here: http://www.paypoint.com/terms.htm

If you have any payment issues, contact accounts@brialto.com in the first instance and we will try to correct any issues within our control.

Registering with Brialto
To register with www.brialto.com you must be over eighteen years of age. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person or persons. Responsibility for the security of any password you create rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should change it via the Website.

We may suspend or cancel your membership of Brialto immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
